Our single-origin coffee from Papua New Guinea invites you to experience the exotic flavors of the Pacific. Grown in the highlands of this rugged and diverse country, Papua New Guinea coffee boasts a unique profile, characterized by its medium body, bright acidity, and hints of tropical fruit and spice, reflecting the rich cultural and natural heritage of the region.
Our Process
It’s Washed
Washed is a wet method of processing beans. This is a different approach to Natural where the flesh of the fruit is removed entirely before the bean dries. The ripe coffee cherries are harvest, then soaked in a freshwater tank for 24-72 hours. From there, they are sent through a de-pulper machine that removes the flesh partys of the fruit. Once they are washed, they are spread thin to dry naturally under the sun or by machine.

Instructions
Decide how many cups of coffee you would like to make.
For every cup you want to make, add 2 tablespoons of the ground coffee into the filter.
Add a cup of water for every cup of coffee desired into the coffee machine
