Nestled in the highlands of Ethiopia, the Oromia region is renowned as the birthplace of coffee. Its rich volcanic soil, high altitude, and favorable climate create the perfect conditions for coffee cultivation.
Our Process
It’s Fully Washed
Washed is a wet method of processing beans. This is a different approach to Natural where the flesh of the fruit is removed entirely before the bean dries. The ripe coffee cherries are harvest, then soaked in a freshwater tank for 24-72 hours. From there, they are sent through a de-pulper machine that removes the flesh partys of the fruit. Once they are washed, they are spread thin to dry naturally under the sun or by machine.

Decide how many cups of coffee you would like to make.

For every cup you want to make, add 2 tablespoons of the ground coffee into the filter.

Add a cup of water for every cup of coffee desired into the coffee machine
