Origin Story

Our single-origin coffee from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, captures the essence of Central America’s coffee heritage. Cultivated in the fertile soils and high altitudes of the Honduran mountains, this coffee offers a delightful balance of flavors.

Our Process

It’s Honey Washed

This is a processing method that is a blend between natural and washed methods. It received its namesake due to how sticky the coffee bean gets during the process and the end result tastes as though honey or brown sugar was added into your cup. The cherries go through a de-pulper similar to the washed process.

Rather than stripping the flesh off the beans, producers will leave their desired amount on and then will dry naturally as the other two processes do. Once fully dry, any remaining flesh is removed and the finished product offers a clean, bright profile that you normally wouldn’t get from a naturally processed coffee.
